Villa Monte Mario is nestled in the heart of south Tuscany,
the famous and much beloved Montalcino area.
It is 80 km west of Assisi, 50 km south of Siena and 30 km east of
Grosseto.
Florence is less than 2 hrsdrive away and Rome is also reached in 2 hrs.
The villa is a very private estate of one of Monte Amiata hills, that covers
around 15 acres (70,000 sqm) of countryside land. Resting on the hills,
the newly built 700 sqm (7,500 sqf) villa will boast all the desirable
facilities to make it a world class weekly residence that prominently
stand out in its surroundings.
